摘要：The value document has a safety unit (2) on a surface, where the safety unit hasa magnetic layer (25) for storing machine readable information, and a reflecting, non-magnetizable metal layer (23). The metal layer is arranged regarding the surface of thevalue document above the magnetic layer. The magnetic layer is formed out in the formof a strip. The magnetic layer is overlapping an area of the metal layer transverse to alongitudinal direction of the strip and is partitioned into two areas that are separatedgalvanically from each other. An independent claim is also included for a transfer foil, inparticular hot embossing foil for making a value document.
