1.1原理 开始时,装配流水线处于停止状态,按下I0.0启动键后,开始开始顺序动作:
1..流水灯A、C、E、G移位点亮一次,B(工序1)亮,延时3秒; 2.流水灯A、C、E、G移位点亮一次,D(工序2)亮,延时3秒; 3.流水灯A、C、E、G移位点亮二次,F(工序3)亮,延时4秒; 4.流水灯A、C、E、G移位点亮二次,H(成品)亮,延时5秒; 5.流水灯A、C、E、G移位点亮一次,I(入库)亮,延时6秒;
重复循环,按下I0.1停止键,装配流水线停止动作。按下启动键,重新开始动作。

4. 中间继电器、I/O、定时器等用途
中间继电器: 主要用来形成自锁。
定时器:用来计时,相当于装配流水线移动用的时间。 I/O端口:主要用来PLC与外部设备输入和输出的连接。
