摘要：The invention relates to a method and a packaging machine for producing,filling and closing notably narrow tubular bags. According to said method a bag isproduced from a strip of packaging material such that it is still open on one side, filledand then closed. According to the invention the packaging material is a film which ischaracterized by sufficient stiffness during sliding and from which a longitudinally sealedtube is formed in a continuous, cyclic manner. When a length of tube equivalent to a bagis advanced the lower, open end of this tube is positioned on a mandrel having anadapted cross-section and said length of tube is cold separated. Thereafter the upperend of the bag of packaging material is closed at a point corresponding to at least onecycle distance, the resulting piece of tube is turned inside out, withdrawn from themandrel and after at least one filling closed by transverse sealing at a pointcorresponding to a suitable cycle distance.
