Mr. Coyote (丛林狼) had been walking for hours when he saw a large tree. He was very tired and wanted to rest safely. He kindly said to Mr. Tree, \"Please open up so that I can rest safely in your care.\" Mr. Tree opened up and Mr. Coyote went inside to rest, and then Mr. Tree closed to keep him safe.
Mr. Coyote slept for hours. When he awoke he could not remember what he had said to make Mr. Tree open up. He said, \"Let me out\but nothing happened. Mr. Tree was unhappy with Mr. Coyote for not having said please!
Mr. Coyote had to take himself apart and put each part through the small holes of the tree, but his eyes were too big. He took his eyes off and tried putting them through a hole.
Mr. Coyote finally came out and put himself together but he couldn’t find his eyes. He couldn’t let other animals know he was blind. He then put two rose petals (花瓣) in for his eyes. This would cover the blindness for a little while.

These days we live a fast life. You’ve heard it before that everything has to be fast. Fast food, fast Internet, fast roads, fast money, fast, fast, fast. I’m all about having a sense of urgency (紧急) and getting things done quickly, but there are some moments that you have to slow down and enjoy life.
We are always busy every day. I work 8.5 to 9 hours a day at my full-time job. When I get home I make an effort to write something on my blog. I try to find a bit of time for myself. I seldom write and work on the weekend. Those are my days to try to recharge and reduce the stress from my work. I sleep on the sofa a bit during the day, drink a few beers in the open air or go out for a picnic if the weather permits.
What I’m trying to say is this: If you don’t take some time to slow down once in a while and enjoy life, it will pass you by. You can be unhealthy both mentally (精神上地) and physically if you don’t take the time to
