Nowadays,many universities offer mental health classes to their students.Besides,many teachers are ready for students’ psychological consultation.
The reason for this phenomenon lies in the fact that more and more students feel stressed and they hide their mental problem,good performance is college and uncertainty of employment make college students under the big pressure.The education of the mental health for college students is helpful to the college students because it can provide students with guidance.What’t more,mental health education will be helpful for students to know about some methods to release their pressure.
In my opinion,mental health education for college students should spread across the whole world.With a healthy mind,college students can challenge all hardships and they can develop healthy lifestyles and positive outlooks in their lives.
