摘要：The invention involves methods of inhibiting the cancer cell cycle to makecancer cells more susceptible to chemotherapeutic agents. In particular, inhibition ofCDK4 and/or CDK6 inhibits cell cycle progression in cancer cells. When combined withchemotherapy such cell cycle inhibition can effectively treat even aggressive cancer typesthat are drug-resistant and intractable to most chemotherapies.
