3.3 信息报告与处置 a）信息报告与通知
办公室接到发生突发事件信息时要在第一时间把事件信息通知应急总指挥，并按总指挥指示迅速通报相关部门，（ 110、119或120）求助。

在事故初期应积极采取自救应急措施，防止事故扩大，并视事故情况由应急办公室做出决定拨打119、110、120报警电话求得社会援助，并向上级主管部门及政府部门报告。报告内容包括：事件发生的基本情况，事故发生时间、地点、规模、简要经过、涉及人员、破坏程度以及人员伤亡情况、采取措施等；事件发生起因分析、性质判断和影响程度评估等事项。
c）信息传递
公司应急办公室会同有关部门配合突发事件的信息传递工作，可采取电话、传真、网络等方式，将突发事件信息报送到上级机关和有关部门。
