一、概述

3.1栈桥及码头平台总体平面布置
商合杭铁路芜湖长江公铁大桥芜湖岸施工栈桥及码头平台位于芜湖岸桥址上游侧,供芜湖岸施工物资及人员上下通往桥位使用。栈桥中心线距主桥中心线距离为37.1m,顶面高程为+10.500m,孔跨布置为(7×12+3)m,共计1联,总长88.86m。桥台采用重力式桥台,钢筋混凝土结构形式。码头平台长度27.0m,宽度24.0m,与栈桥高程相同;栈桥及码头平台均采用钢管桩基础,靠江心侧一排桩处的覆盖层较浅,设计采用2m+2m锚桩确保桩底嵌固。栈桥及码头平台具体位置详见“图1-1 栈桥及码头平台平面布置图”。

栈桥基础Z7(靠江心侧一排)采用φ1020×10mm钢管锚桩基础,其余基础(Z1-Z6)均采用φ820×8mm钢管桩基础,制动墩Z6位于江心侧,采用双排桩,纵桥向桩间距为2.5m。
栈桥钢管桩基础横桥向每排布置2根,靠江心侧钢管桩(Z7)之间采用φ426×6mm钢管连接系相连,其余钢管桩(Z1-Z6)之间采用φ377×4mm钢管连接系相连,桩顶分配梁采用双拼I40b型钢,主梁采用标准贝雷梁组成,横桥向布置8组。贝雷梁上铺设钢制桥面板。桥面两侧设置防护栏杆,高度为1.2m,并涂刷反光漆。桥台采用钢筋混凝土结构,桥台后方人工填土,以保证道路平顺。总体布置详见“图1-2 栈桥立面布置图”。

码头平台钢管桩基础顺桥向每排布置4根,横桥向每排布置5根,靠江中心侧一排基础(G5)采用φ1020×10mm钢管锚桩基础,其余均采用φ820×8mm钢管桩基础,钢管桩之间采用φ426×6mm钢管连接系相连,码头平台上部结构与栈桥相同,采用标准贝雷片与钢制桥面板。总体布置详见“图1-3 码头平台立面布置图”。

主要工程内容为:桥台、栈桥基础、分配梁、主梁、桥面板、桥面附属设施等工程的建设、维护。
二、施工部署
1.人员组织结构
为了保证栈桥及码头平台的施工质量,首先对所有参与施工的人员进行严格的技术交底,使其充分掌握具体施工工艺,树立质量第一的意识。对工人进行技术交底,使操作工人对栈桥及码头平台的结构形式熟练掌握,充分了解施工工艺,做到心中有数,保证现场施工有序进行。
其次严格实行作业值班制度,保证现场每个作业时间段内都有施工负责人进行现场管理和技术指导工作,投入足够的施工一线人员,保证工人轮班作业。根据总体施工计划安排,栈桥及码头平台施工人员配备见“表2-1 栈桥及码头平台施工人员统计表”。

三、施工方案
1.总体施工方案
芜湖岸栈桥及码头平台为钢管桩+桩顶分配梁+贝雷梁+钢桥面系结构,采用悬拼法进行施工。钢管桩采用QUY80履带吊机挂DZ90振动打桩锤插打,全站仪测量定位。QUY80履带吊机进入场地施工栈桥第1孔主体结构(钢管桩及分配梁),同时桥台开始施工。待桥台混凝土强度达到要求后进行桥台台背回填,履带吊机施工栈桥第1孔上部结构,安装桥面系。履带吊机通过桥台行驶在第1孔栈桥上,停靠在栈桥第1孔前端,插打第2孔栈桥钢管桩,安装第2孔栈桥上部结构,按照此方法完成栈桥主体结构及附属设施施工。栈桥施工完成后,开始进行码头平台主体结构及附属设施施工。

2.3栈桥及码头平台施工 2.3.1桥台施工
首先依据设计图纸对桥台位置进行放样,桥台基础开挖至设计深度,要求桥台处地基承载力不小于150kPa,否则需对基础进行处理。按照设计要求绑扎桥台钢筋,预埋贝雷梁支承预埋件,最后安装桥台模板,浇筑C30桥台混凝土。混凝土浇筑应连续作业,一次完成,待混凝土初凝后,用草袋覆盖,洒水养护5天。
2.3.2桥台台背回填
在桥台施工完成以后,进行桥台台背回填施工。施工时水平分层填筑,填筑虚铺厚度按0.3m控制。采用自卸汽车卸土,挖机整平,整平后用重型震动压路机对台背土进行压实。压实顺序按先两侧后中间,先慢后快,先静压后震动压实的操作顺序进行碾压。对于压路机不能达到的范围,采用手扶式震动夯实器夯实。台后填土压实度不得低于90%,台后填筑应预留一定的沉降量。
2.3.3钢管桩基础施工
正式沉桩前应进行试桩,以校验设计承载力。制动墩单桩最大设计承载力为550KN,非制动墩最大设计承载力为880KN。钢管桩沉桩按设计长度与贯入度指标双

控,且栈桥与码头平台最外排桩均采用钢管桩+锚桩的形式,锚桩钢管桩应打入至强风化岩以保证钢管桩自稳,再在桩内进行冲孔、下放钢筋笼及灌筑混凝土,若钢管桩入土深度超过9m(冲刷后超过6m),且贯入度满足要求,可不进行锚桩施工。栈桥与码头平台最外排桩采用φ1020×10mm钢管桩,其余均采用φ820×8mm钢管桩。Z5、Z6、Z7号桩底口应进行加劲补强。
栈桥及码头平台钢管桩采用QUY80履带吊机挂DZ90振动打桩锤插打,具体施工方法为:采用2台全站仪前方交会法精确测量定位后,QUY80履带吊机挂DZ90振动打桩锤插打底节钢管桩,依次拼接、焊接各节钢管桩,振动沉桩,直至钢管桩桩底达到设计标高。插打过程中应注意对钢管桩的垂直度控制,当发生倾斜时,应该及时纠正。
钢管桩插打施工,具体如下: (1) 钢管桩插打施工工艺流程
履带吊机配振动打桩锤就位→吊桩→测量精确定位→插桩→震动下沉→接高(桩身对中调直)→震动下沉至设计标高。
(2) 钢管桩检验
本栈桥码头采用改制钢管桩,经水路运至施工现场。钢管桩运输至施工现场后,应对钢管桩做以下检查:
①对钢管桩的管径、管长进行检查; ②材料应符合设计要求;
③管节外形及焊缝外观应满足“表3-1 钢管桩制造允许误差”的要求

钢管桩采用两台全站仪前方交会法定位,钢管桩定位具体方法如下:
①根据栈桥轴线建立局部坐标系,以延伸岸上的栈桥轴线为x轴正向,以垂直于栈桥轴线下游侧为y轴正向,并布设原点和控制桩。
②采用秒差进行调整精度,用全站仪测量钢管桩中心位置,最后进行坐标复核,以保证桩位的正确性。
钢管桩对位由吊机利用紧、松吊杆完成,桩的斜度由吊机自行调节。对位过程中,应由信号员统一指挥。桩位允许偏差如下:
桩中轴线偏斜率≤5‰; (4)吊桩工艺
QUY80履带吊机至施工现场后停靠稳固,然后进行吊机对位、起吊钢管桩。 (5)沉桩施工
钢管桩对位完成后,缓慢下放钢管桩使钢管桩在自重作用下插入土中。在此过程中,应随时观察钢管桩偏位以便及时进行调整,待自重下沉完成后,应精确观测钢管桩偏位,若超出规范要求,起吊钢管桩重新对位。桩尖对准桩位,从两个侧面校正桩身垂直度,待其偏差小于5‰时方可正式打桩。

钢管桩平面位置及垂直度调整完成后,开始振动下沉。依靠振动打桩锤的振压力将其压入土层,在插打过程中要不间断地测量桩位和倾斜度,偏差要满足设计及规范要求。
①间距控制:
栈桥及码头平台的钢管桩,均利用测量仪器定位控制施工插打。 ②高程控制:
高程控制采用桩顶标高和贯入度进行双控。高程控制引用主桥控制点高程,保证桩顶、桩底标高达到设计要求,在桩底标高与贯入度均满足要求时应停止插打,禁止强震久震。
(7)钢管桩接长
①钢管桩接长前,必须对轴线进行复核,确保其轴线在同一条竖直直线上方方可进行焊接作业。
②对接钢管桩环形焊缝两对边的径向错位应满足以下要求: φ820mm钢管桩径向错位≤2mm
③钢管桩接长需开剖口,开完剖口后用打磨机打磨,保证剖口处光洁无氧化物。钢管桩接长用的加强板采用300×100×10mm钢板,钢管桩每个节间接口设置8块加强板连接。有加强板处的剖口焊需打磨光滑平整,以保证加强板与钢管密贴。
④对接焊缝两侧的螺旋焊缝必须错开1/8周长以上,所有焊接完成后,需对焊缝进行检查,确保不得有少焊、漏焊、未焊满现象,不得有气泡、焊溜、残渣等质量缺陷。
(8)钢管桩施工中的注意事项
①振动打桩锤是钢管桩插打的主要设备之一,选择合适的打桩锤是保证钢管桩顺利插打至设计标高的关键,应根据工程地质情况进行选用。
②打桩前应详细了解现场的工程地质情况,同时做好设备的检查工作,防止打桩过程中出现事故而使施工中断,引起间歇后沉桩阻力增大,导致钢管桩打不到设计标高。
③打桩过程中应经常检查桩身的垂直度,出现贯入度反常、桩身倾斜、偏位等异常情况时,如桩身垂直度偏差超过5‰时,应找出原因并停止打桩,待查明原因并

进行必要的处理后,方可继续进行施工。
④在插打过程中定时检测钢管桩的平面偏移和钢管桩的垂直度。 ⑤停止打桩条件以桩底标高和贯入度两项指标同时进行控制。 ⑥钢管桩插打的精度要求:平面偏差≤5cm,垂直度偏差≤5‰。 (9)锚桩施工
首先进行钢管桩插打,根据实际地质情况推断,若钢管桩入土深度超过9.0m且桩底嵌入岩层不小于0.5m时,可不进行锚桩施工。
若管桩入土达不到设计要求,必须采用混凝土锚桩施工。 锚桩施工步骤:
①在已经插打的管桩内进行冲孔施工,深度4m,使用掏渣斗清渣。
②下放锚桩钢筋笼:桩身主筋净保护层为62mm,定位钢筋每隔2m沿钢筋笼周边均匀设置四根,加强箍筋每隔2m一根。
③灌注4m C30锚桩混凝土。
2.3.4桩间连接系、桩帽及桩顶分配梁施工
栈桥第1孔钢管桩基施工完成后即施工桩间连接系、桩帽及桩顶分配梁。桩间连接系采用φ426×6mm钢管和φ377×4mm钢管两种,桩顶分配梁采用2Ⅰ40b型钢。桩间连接系、桩帽及桩顶分配梁均在钢结构加工厂加工,由QUY80履带吊机起吊安装。钢管桩上需附着必要的现场工作平台,以利于安装工作的顺利进行。栈桥桩间连接系、桩帽及桩顶分配梁安装位置应符合设计要求;桩间联接系、桩帽加劲板、桩顶分配梁各单元间焊缝均应满足设计要求。其它孔栈桥按照第1孔的施工方法逐孔施工桩间连接系、桩帽及桩顶分配梁。
码头平台桩间连接系、桩帽及桩顶分配梁施工与栈桥施工方法相同。 2.3.5主梁安装
栈桥及码头平台主梁均采用321型贝雷梁片,应根据《装配式公路钢桥使用手册》要求安装。主梁直接安装在桩顶分配梁上,桩顶分配梁上设置钢筋或槽钢对主梁进行纵、横向限位。具体做法如下:桩顶分配梁安装就位后,栈桥及码头平台主梁采取整孔按组拼装后分组吊装就位法安装,贝雷梁组吊装就位后将主梁与分配梁间间隙采用薄钢板抄垫密实,然后在桩顶分配梁上焊接纵、横向限位装置,连接各

贝雷梁组之间的连接系,完成主梁安装。贝雷梁组在岸上预先安装,贝雷片采用4榀1组,共两组,各组贝雷片之间采用标准或新制支撑架连接。码头平台主梁施工方法与栈桥主梁施工方法相同。
2.3.6桥面系施工
安装完第1孔栈桥主梁后,进行第1孔桥面系的安装。桥面采用钢桥面板,制作完成后利用履带吊机逐片铺设施工,并与贝雷梁采用U型螺栓连接。安装桥面板时,先将10mm橡胶片采用铁丝绑扎至贝雷片上弦上,再吊装桥面板,最后安装骑马螺栓。按照此方法逐孔完成全部栈桥及码头平台的桥面系施工。
QUY80履带吊机在桥面上前行作业时,应在吊机走道范围加铺走道板,保护钢桥面不被破坏。按照栈桥桥面系的施工方法进行码头平台桥面系施工。
2.3.7栏杆施工
待栈桥主体结构全部施工完成后,开始安装栈桥栏杆。栈桥栏杆在钢结构加工厂制作成片,每片长6m,现场整片安装。栈桥栏杆通过螺栓与桥面板大肋固定,相邻两片栏杆通过螺栓穿过栏杆立柱预留孔相连。安装时均需拉线,确保栏杆在同一直线上。栏杆立柱、横杆及踢脚板均需刷红白相间荧光漆或反光漆,红白交界线处必须成一直线。栈桥栏杆施工完成后开始施工码头平台主体结构,主体结构施工完成后开始施工码头平台栏杆。
2.3.8施工要求
(1)钢管桩插打的精度要求:平面偏差≤5cm,垂直度偏差≤5‰。 (2)桩间连接系、桩帽加劲板的焊缝应满足设计要求。
(3)停止沉桩条件以桩底标高及贯入度两项指标同时来进行控制。
(4)履带吊机机在栈桥上施工作业时应在吊机走道范围加铺走道板,保护钢桥面不被破坏。
四、栈桥运营期间的措施
1.栈桥观测
为保证栈桥的安全运营,现场成立栈桥观测小组,持续不断地对施工和运营中的栈桥进行观测。对栈桥的观测主要内容有:冲刷观测、流速观测、风速观测和沉降观测。详细记录,及时整理原始资料,为栈桥的安全运营提供技术保障。

2.栈桥养护维修
设立栈桥维修养护组,由专人巡视和养护栈桥的桥面系、贝雷梁和钢管桩结构,发现栈桥的局部损坏,上报上级并及时维修加固。定期对栈桥进行全方位检查和保养,以确保栈桥的使用安全。
3.栈桥预警及抢险
本着“安全第一,预防为主”的思想,按照“以人为本,避免伤亡,以防为主,防抗结合”的原则,提前作好各项工作。为对险情及紧急情况迅速做出反应,并能采取有效的抢险救助措施,在科学论证和既有栈桥的实践基础上,设置了一系列的预警机制和抢险措施。其特点是:预警与抢险的指导思想明确;预警条件与指标具有可操作性;组织保障有力;抢险预案细致,可以迅速启动实施。抢险预案主要包括:栈桥通行管理;人员保护;栈桥及设备安全;灾后处理等部分。为此,特别制订防汛应急处置预案。
对栈桥结构进行持续地观察,当栈桥相邻钢管桩桩顶的不均匀沉降达到3.5cm或钢管桩的局部冲刷深度超过其入土深度的20%时,发出预警。
当出现超出“非工作状态标准”的大风、水流,应提前撤出栈桥上的人员、设备、车辆,启动应急预案;汛期导致局部冲刷深度超限,启动应急预案;突发性灾害出现启动应急预案。
栈桥预警抢险工作重点在预防,特别对洪水要及早准备。可选择适当时机进行抢险演练,根据气象预报,在灾害天气有可能到来之前的两三天内即进入预警状态,各小组成员要到位,并召开会议,做好人员准备、物质准备、思想准备。巡查人员要经过精心挑选,要求必须两人以上,必须要穿戴好救生衣、救生圈和安全带等防护用品,并保持不间断联络。
五、质量保证措施
1. 定期组织有关人员进行专业技术学习、质量教育,提高质量控制和保证能力,加强质量意识。
2. 项目部配备专职质检工程师,在各施工作业队设专职质检员,实行“三检制”。
3. 施工前认真作好技术交底,使每个施工人员熟悉和掌握施工流程、施工方法和质量标准。

4. 加强过程控制,层层落实岗位责任制,将责任落实到人。
5. 严格控制原材料质量,不合格材料坚决不用。 6. 严格控制钢管桩下沉质量。
7. 钢管桩下沉中,履带吊机应精确定位稳定,以提高钢管桩的定位精度。
8. 已沉放的桩按设计要求及时连接。
9. 严格按测量指令办事,控制钢管桩施沉质量要求。
六、安全保证措施
1. 栈桥安装完毕后,在未进行检查签证前不允许大型起重机械在栈桥上吊重作业。履带吊在栈桥上吊重时,严禁违章起重作业,严禁履带吊一端翘起的情况发生。
2. 起吊前应对相关的机具、设备认真检查,以保证其性能满足施工要求。
3. 起吊桩锤及移动桩时,操作人员与信号员应互相配合鸣哨,手势要正确。
4. 钢管桩起吊前应检查吊耳是否满足安全及受力要求。 5. 栈桥四周均应设置防护栏杆,并涂刷红白标识漆。
6. 建立安全管理体系,并配置1~2名专职安全员,在栈桥及各施工平台间进行巡回检查。施工中,主要工序均应作技术交底。
7. 栈桥上应配有齐全的消防、救生等设施。
8. 建立电工、焊工、危险品管理员、物资仓库管理员等防火责任制,明确重点防火部位,落实安全防火措施,配备足够灭火器材。
9. 栈桥上的电气设备和输电电线必须采用三相五线制和“三级配电二级保护”,电线(缆)必须按要求架设,不得随地拖拉,各类配电箱要安装在适当的位置,并进行防护。

低压线路架设和使用必须符合有关规定,照明线路,灯具等安装

11. 夜间施工照明设施应良好,为防止船只碰撞,在栈桥首尾、桩位
处设置警示灯及防撞标志。

机具设备在使用过程中,应定期维修和保养,不准带病作业,凡
已维修保养的设备应在设备台帐中如实记载。

严格执行安全规定,进入施工现场必须穿好救生衣、戴好安全帽。
在平联连接的过程中,设置好临时工作平台,保证安全。

栈桥在使用过程中,应定期检查河床面冲刷情况,当钢管桩处冲
刷低于原河床的2m时,应抛石予以维护。

定期对栈桥沉降进行观测,必要时对贝雷桁进行抄垫,保证贝雷
桁受力均匀。
七、文明施工及环境保护措施
1.现场文明施工
(1) 施工现场各类工具、材料按类摆放整齐。 (2) 施工现场显目位置设置安全宣传牌。 (3) 危险作业的场所应悬挂危险警示标志。
(4) 施工现场各工种安全职责及机械设备的安全操作规程张挂于作业地点。
(5) 施工现场人员均需佩证上岗,安全员的佩证为红色以示醒目。
2.环境保护措施
(1)严格执行国家及地方政府颁布的有关环境保护规章制度,水土保持的法规、方针、政策和法令,江堤处的树木移栽必须经过河道管理部门的同意并办理相关手续。
(2)做好施工机械的维修保养,不发生漏油事故,以免造成河水污染事故。 (3)合理编制施工组织和施工方案,不产生对河道造成污染的施工废渣。 (4)将施工噪声控制到最低程度,施工人员休息场所尽量远离有噪声的地方。
