摘要：A method of computerized presentation of a document set view for auditinginformation of a set of documents. The method includes the initial step of receiving on acomputer a selection of an original document. The original document has multiple pageswith each of the pages of the original document having corresponding page content. Aselection is received from the user of a first region a page of the original document. Thisprocess is repeated to retrieve a text string from all of the pages. An addendum
document with multiple pages is received. A text string is retrieved from the pages of theaddendum document without user intervention. A document set view is provided usingthe retrieved text stings and displayed for the user to update the associated informationand thus allowing for the user to perform a data audit of the automated portion of theprocess.
