Reasons for study according to age of student and employer support
In the information age, people can't stop learning just because they leave school. As shown in the first table, nearly 80% of students study because of their own employment needs before the age of 26, while after the age of 26, the number of students who study for their own career development is decreasing day by day. We can see that, as shown in the table, there will be about 15% in each stage After the age of 49, almost 20% of people study for their own career.
Table 1 also shows the number of people who study for their own will. The data movement trend is just opposite to the former. With the growth of age, these students are more and more willing to learn for their own interests. The data in the table shows that only 10% of the students will study for their interest before the age of 26, but in the mean time, more and more students are willing to spend time for their own interests. After the age of 49, nearly 70% of these students study for their own interests.
In Table 2, we can see that the employer's investment in these students changes with the age of the students. During the period from 26 years old to 30-39 years old, the employer's investment in these students decreases with their age, from around 65% to 35%, but after 30-39 this data increases with age, and finally reaches 45%.
According to the analysis of the data, it is not difficult to see that many students study mainly for their own career development before the age of 26,
while few will study for the sake of interest during this period. We can easily infer from common sense that before the age of 26, many students live in school, and for their future life, students will definitely make a living by their own ability priority, learning their own professional skills, while students' interests, many can not be used as a means of livelihood, which is why they seldom care about it. At this stage, employers are more willing to invest in them because these students can create value for the company. Besides, we should pay attention to the turning point of 30-39 years old. At this stage, although there are still many people studying for their own occupation, employers' investment for them has reached a nadir. 30-39 years old is the golden age of a person's career. Employers may have taken this into consideration. The comparison of career and interest is flat when they are 40-49 years old. Many students also enter the management level at this age. Therefore, they will study for two purposes. In order to stabilize the management and keep them in the enterprise, employers have begun to invest more in their study. After the age of 49, more people are willing to study for their interest, which is also because they have some experience in management and can pay more for their interests in their spare time.
