摘要：Pulsation of gas spreads from a pulsation source to a gas passage in a device. Amuffler is located in a part of the gas passage. A combined passage is located upstreamor downstream of the muffler with respect to a flowing direction of gas. The combinedpassage includes a restricting passage and a pressure restoring passage, which areconnected in series. The pressure restoring passage is located downstream of therestricting passage with respect to the flowing direction of gas. The muffler is locatedbetween the pulsation source and the combined passage in the gas passage. Therefore,the device obtains sufficient pulsation reducing effect and suppresses pressure loss.
