【写法指导】

◇【题型设置与意图】

便条可以说是简化了的书信。其特点是内容简短明了，格式简单。一般由称呼、正文、签名、留言日期四部分组成。便条的种类包括请假条、留言条、通知等。 请假条：包括事假条和病假条。注意要写清请假的原因及时间。 留言条：尽量要口语化，注意写清事由。

通知：写清通知事项，交代清楚参加人员、时间、地点、内容、注意事项等。 便条主要考查学生对一般现在时态陈述句的正确表达。 ◇【写作角度与注意事项】

便条的写法和书信的写法差不多，一般由称呼、正文、签名和日期四部分组成。 日期要写在右上角，通常写星期几或具体时间。 称呼写在第二行，要左起顶格写。

正文要另起一行，用词要通俗易懂。若有事请假或向别人借东西，语言要委婉、客气。 署名位置一般在正文的左下角。
