3、设计概况
由于建筑物自重及其它外部因素产生的综合荷载不足，为了平衡地下所产生的浮力时，必须在基础底板施加竖向外力以平衡浮力，抗浮锚杆就是利用锚杆自身的抗拉强度所产成的抗拉力。锚杆与土层之间的摩擦力所产生的抗拔力，对基础上浮的趋势进行约束，起到抵抗基础上浮的作用。本工程抗浮锚杆主要分布为1-1、1-2、1-4、1-5、1-7#楼墩基以外的地下室基础。设计根锚杆轴向抗拔承载力Rt≥400KN，工程锚杆施工完后须取3根做抗拔检验。 二、施工组织设计
