职责描述:
1. define and implement product strategy; manage local product portfolio, new product ramp up and old product phase out;
制定及执行产品策略; 管理本地产品线,新产品投入市场以及老产品淘汰的管理;
2. handling sales and/or customer demands for new product request (application, variant and platform development);
处理销售/客户对于新产品的.开发要求 (应用,变形以及新平台的开发);
3. support the interface between sales and the plants (e.g. localization);
销售和工厂衔接的支持工作(比如.: 本地化);
4. make internal/external trainings for existing and new products; give support for exhibition;
提供内部,外部的产品培训以及展会支持;
5. support and create local sales documentation (core item catalogue, promotion brochures/flyers).
支持本地销售文档的创建(产品样本,产品推广宣传册等).
任职要求:
1. master degree or above, major in hydraulic engineering, mechanical engineering or related;
硕士或以上液压机械或者相关专业毕业;
2. minimum 5 years’ working experience in mobile sales or project development, good knowledge of english in oracy and writing;
五年以上在工程机械行业销售或者项目开发经验,较好的英语口语和书写能力;
3. team working spirit and effective communication, have logical thinking as well as comprehensive analysis, judgment and summarize ability;
具有团队精神和有效的沟通能力,逻辑性强,有一定的分析,判断和归纳能力;
4. background of work or study in germany will be preferred.
